The Mormorò, a Cabernet DOC Piave with a lively character, is the expression of a land bathed by the river Piave, important because of its vocation for the red grape varieties.
An area very dear to Giuliano Bortolomiol, and selected as far back as the 1960s. Always a fan of red wines, he chose precisely this area to bring the Mormorò to life.

Controlled temperature with selected yeasts
The slightly spicy and vanilla fragrance comes from its light aging in oak barrels. The flavour is soft with good tannin management. This wine is best as an accompaniment for noble roast meats like game as well as simpler meat dishes such as a mixed grill.
