Vinitaly: sustainability, a new Grande Cuveé and an exclusive partnership, here are the anticipations of what Bortolomiol will reveal at the show

There are only a few days to go until the opening of the 50th edition of Vinitaly, so here’s just some of the main announcements that Bortolomiol will unveil for the occasion.

Anticipated by an article on April 4th in Il Sole 24 Ore Eventi Nord Est, there are in fact several news that the winery will announce at the International Exhibition.

First of all, the new project of corporate sustainability, which Bortolomiol has beeb pursuing for years already with the the Ius Naturae Organic Prosecco Superiore vineyards. The aim of the company is now to give the possibility to the almost 70 wine growers to start the path to certificate an organic production, with the support and advice of the oenologist and agronomist and the experience of Giuliana Bortolomiol. An important step and once again a concrete commitment in valuing territory and products.

Another important change – which will be unveiled at a tasting event on Monday, April 11th at 4.15 – will be the launch of a new product: a Brut Naturae, Founder Grande Cuvée, a sparkling wine of the vintage 2013 with zero dosage, which you will discover at Vinitaly or following the live Social Networks updates.

Last, but not least, at the show it will be officially announced the new exclusive partnership with Roberto Cipresso’s Winecircus, the best way to continue on the path of sustainability in viticulture, with the aim of further improving the performance in the field of organic production and to explore more and more the enormous possibilities offered by a single territory.

Bortolomiol will be present at Vinitaly in fact, not only at its stand (Pad. 4 Stand C5), but also the stand of Winecircus (Pav. 9 stand C12).
