Prosecco Privée meets Bortolomiol

Prosecco Privée dedicates every Wednesday evening to a winery and last Wednesday it was the turn of Bortolomiol. During the event, hosted by the oenologist Gianfranco Zanon who has described the production processes of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, different wines from the winery have been tasted, in combination with some meat dishes.

In particular the focus of the evening has been the vertical tasting of several Motus Vitae vintages, the Prosecco Superiore Rive Founder Reserve: there has been a great enthusiasm for this experience between the present people and the owners of the venue.

This was the evening’s menu: Carpaccio of Angus paired with Prosecco DOCG Tranquillo Canto Fermo, the trio of tartare with the organic Ius Naturae, the pasta with knife cut meat sauce has been combined with the 3 different vintages of Motus Vitae, and to conclude an exceptional chocolate mousse with Bandarossa grappa combined with Bandarossa Prosecco Superiore DOCG.

A great event that confirms again the good collaboration between Bortolomiol and Prosecco Privée.
