Milan – EXPO 2015 – A new event at the Sapòrem booth: “Italian Aperitive in New York”

On Monday, August 31st at 8PM the event “Italian Aperitivo  in New York” will take place at the Sapòrem booth at EXPO Milan, where Bortolomiol is also present with the organic Prosecco Superiore Ius Naturae.

Francine Segan, one of the leading experts of Italian cuisine in the United States, will recount how Grana Padano, Bologna Mortadella, Prosciutto San Daniele and Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore are perceived overseas, and she will interpret them with new and tasty recipes. Eleonora Cozzella, journalist of the Food & Wine Espresso website, will accompany her on this trip.
