This year too sees another unmissable Cucina & Vini appointment dedicated to both still and sparkling Italian rosé wines.
This eighth edition of the Bererosa event, created and organised by the editors of Cucina&Vini, brings over 70 Italian winemaking companies to Rome for a Rosé tasting extravaganza with over 200 labels in attendance.

As usual a fine food area is provided where guests can choose delicacies to be paired with the many rosé wines on offer.
There will be fish from Meglio Fresco Peschiera, cones of stuffed Ascoli olives from La Bottega dell’Oliva Ascolana, gourmet sweet “Maritozzi” buns from Il Maritozzo Rosso and a selection of cheeses and cured meats from Optymum.
For the customary coffee break the Milano brothers will be present at Bererosa with their brand new Fratelli Milano Italian Coffee shop.

The synergy continues with Diam Mytik, the leading French producer of bottle corks.
