26 Sep Gambero Rosso awards Bortolomiol: Tre Bicchieri for the Motus Vitae Grande Cuvée del Fondatore, Brut Nature
Presented in preview this year at Vinitaly, the new Motus Vitae Grande Cuvée del Fondatore, a Rive zero dosage, has just won one of the most prestigious awards in the international wine scene: the Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri. This Prosecco Superiore Millesimato, vintage 2013, produced exclusively with grapes from the vineyard of the Rive of San Pietro di Barbozza is dedicated to the exploits of the founder, Giuliano Bortolomiol, skilled sparkling-wine maker and great experimenter who first managed to get a Brut from Prosecco. The new packaging, in white glass, with a label that recalls the colors of the earth and sky, together with the limited edition (only 4000 bottles), make this Cuvée even more valuable.
“This prestigious award – comments Elvira Bortolomiol – not only recognizes the high quality and unique features of this wine, but above all a new way, which has been promoted for years by Bortolomiol, to interpret the future of farming in a sustainable manner“.
After the Tre Bicchieri awarded last year to the Prior Prosecco Superiore and the Due Bicchieri obtained by the organic Ius Naturae, Bortolomiol is proud to be on the podium of Gambero Rosso also with its latest creation, which has already proven to be able to achieve great success.
“It ‘a goal – continues Elvira Bortolomiol – which for us is more of a confirmation of the high quality of our wines, and above all of the excellent work that sees us all committed daily – both in the main winery and throughout the supply chain – to maintain the excellence which was dreamed and guaranteed first of all by our founder Giuliano Bortolomiol “.
