Bortolomiol partner of the Master in Cultura del Cibo e del Vino

Even this year it has been renovated the partnership between the Bortolomiol winery and the Master in Cultura del Cibo e del Vino (a Master about food and wine culture), offered by Challenge School of Ca’Foscari University in Venice.

The Master is a multidisciplinary training that aims to develop professional profiles able to be competitive in the food and wine world, especially in its promotion and enhancement.

As every year, the Bortolomiol winery hosted a lesson of the Master dedicated to the hospitality and to the tasting of wine from the technical and emotional points of view.
