18 May Bortolomiol meets the winegrowers and presents the new team of oenologists

Last week Bortolomiol held the traditional meeting with its winegrowers, but beyond the routine communication on the Green Mark Project this year the focus of the evening was the presentation of the new team of oenologists who has just started working for the company.

Michele Spina, Emanuele Serafin and Roberto Cipresso will work actively both in the winery and in the vineyard, with the valuable support of the agronomist Giovanni Pascarella and Giuliana Bortolomiol, reference points and corner stones of the whole new Bortolomiol agriculture, and of the organic vineyard project.

Each of them spoke during the evening by presenting their contribution to the company, outlining therefore a young, passionate and strong team with a great experience.

Roberto Cipresso especially stressed the strategic importance of continuing the sustainability projects, both through the evolution of the Green Mark Protocol and through some new projects that are already in progress.

His collaborator Emanuele Serafin, part of the Winecircus team, will work with the company regarding in particular the technical work carried out in the cellar, while the new arrival Michele Spina will take care of the winery and vineyards and for this reason, in the coming weeks, he will individually meet each winegrower, visiting all the vineyards.

“We’ve created a team that will lead the company to an even higher level – said Elvira Bortolomiol – strong with what we’ve achieved so far, we will now proceed in a more confident way,  continuing to evolve and improve.”
