PINOT CHARDONNAY
Vino Spumante Brut
Pinot Chardonnay is the wine par excellence that in Italy and across the world is used to make sparkling wine. Bortolomiol, despite being so strongly linked to the land of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, are nonetheless highly experienced sparkling wine makers. This is why they have produced a sparkling Pinot Chardonnay made using the Italian or Martinotti - Charmat method which they believe in and which has defined their winery.
This sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes has a meaty structure. The fragrances are less open and express themselves more gradually. It goes well with many dishes, from first courses to meat and fish main courses. It should be drunk with substantial and not overly fine or elegant foods. Grilled sweetwater fish would be perfect.
