MOTUS VITAE. GIULIANO’S BRUT
“Motus Vitae” or “movement from life”, was so named because Giuliano Bortolomiol’s life was so active, as is the life of anyone who feels they have a mission to complete. Giuliano’s mission was to raise the reputation of Prosecco Doc both in name and substance. A highly skilled sparkling wine maker, he was the first to make a Prosecco Brut. It was an enormous success and this is why the Prosecco Doc dedicated to the founder is a magnificent Brut.
The flowery bouquet is highlighted by pleasant features that recall ripe apricot and demonstrate an austere, not aggressive character, a prelude to the dry, vibrant and powerful flavour. Here you can be daring with accompanying dishes: apart from being a classic accompaniment to sea food, the good structure of this wine means it is perfect with white fish such as turbot, and white meats such as delicately prepared suckling pig.
