We offer a range of activities and services aimed at satisfying the increasing demand for information about wine and wine culture from a growing number of wine enthusiasts.

Our services include tours of the winery with Oenologist Gianfranco Zanon as well as wine tastings in the lovely atmosphere of the new La Filanda wine tasting room.

This is a place dedicated to our guests where we can combine special events and exhibitions of pictures showing the local area in various phases of its history with an opportunity to experience our wines together with other local culinary delicacies.

In addition all of our chief personnel, including Gianfranco Zanon, are available to journalists for interview by appointment.

Guided Tours and a prestigious venue for your next corporate or private event

Throughout the year Bortolomiol offers guided tours of the winery and hosts wine tastings, events and conferences in the magnificent grounds of the Parco della Filandetta, home to the winery, the Sala Filanda and an open air amphitheatre.
 
The tour starts from the entrance in Viale Mazzini and takes guests through the park and Bortolomiol family vineyard to the winery. Here the tour proper begins with a brief introduction to the beautiful, unique DOCG hillsides followed by a description of the production process, from pressing to fermentation and spumantizzazione (the all-important process by which the wine becomes sparkling).

Guests are then invited into the Sala Filanda where they are able to sample some Prosecco Superiore DOCG and a selection of the best sparkling wines.

Here there is also an opportunity to learn about the Bortolomiol family tradition and the history of the Filanda (silk mill).

On request, local foods and produce can also be provided to sample alongside the wines.

Tours should be booked in advance and ideally for groups of at least 10 people.

The Sala Filanda and sparkling wines are also available for dinners, lunches and buffets either for private or corporate use. The venue can comfortably accommodate between 80 and 100 people. Please contact the winery directly for more information.
