The American network CBS News has a cooking programme in which the popular expert barman Darrel Robinson presents features on making cocktails. At the moment there is an online video on the CBS news portal called ‘Cocktail recipes with fresh herbs’ in which Robinson prepares two drinks created using sparkling wine ”perfect for every sparkling celebration”. Robinson chose Prosecco Superiore Prior Brut Bortolomiol over other all other Proseccos.

While preparing his cocktails Darrel Robinson talks enthusiastically about the quality of the wine, stressing how its perlage makes it perfect for every occasion: “The bubbles in Prosecco are finer than those in Champagne, they enhance its taste and give the wine a wonderful mouth-filling sensation.”
