May 28th was a wonderful Sunday at the Parco della Filandetta Bortolomiol, a delightful combination of art and wine, of good food and works the fruit of man’s genius.

The tours of the winery were very well attended and guests had the opportunity to sample our superb sparkling wines together with the culinary creations of master chef Massimo Carnio, dishes like his incomparable Risotto al Prosecco Bandarossa and strawberries.

The event was animated by Giovanni Casellato and his works which are dotted about the park, pieces that appear ripped from steel such as his “Aquiloni di Filippo” at the park entrance in Viale Mazzini or the “Danzatori di Sufi” inside the Sala Filanda or his “Gomitolo” on the steps which has captured my heart…

The Ball of Twine

Imagine being inside, in the centre of a ball of twine.

Imagine wanting to come out yet keep its shape, that shape which feels so close, harmonious, voluminous, that space in which you show yourself to others and see yourself clearly.
