The first event for our shining Olympic stars was the TAN, Trofeo Accademia Navale (Naval Accademy Torphy) di Livorno. They came in sixth overall which was an excellent result.

The crew is made up of Olympians of the highest standard such as Margherita Granbassi, fencing bronze-medallist in Beijing, Chiara Cainero, shooting gold-medallist, Larissa Nevierov, Laser, Giulia Pignolo, Chiara Calligaris and Francesca Scogmamillo, yngling, Valentina Tunisini, shooting silver-medallist from the Athens games, gymnasts Francesca Benolli and Federica Macrì and diver Noemi Batki.
